Good day and welcome to Monte Cristo Counseling, currently serving clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. I'm glad you are here. My ideal clients are those who long to explore what it means to not just exist, but to live well each and every day. Even if the feelings aren't there yet, that drive for change that pushes us to explore what could be. Those individuals are my clients that excel in therapy. Driving that humanistic ethic is the toolset we get from Cognitive Therapy including elements from the cutting-edge CT-R program from the Beck Institute. We'll collaboratively tailor the approach, work quickly, and work efficiently. Let's go. I offer routine outpatient therapy through either telehealth or in-person sessions or through specialized, short-term clinics on various special topics of interest (e.g. sports performance, weight loss, relationship communication, etc.) offered throughout each year. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who relies upon the evidence-based interventions of cognitive-behavioral therapy in treatment and assessment. I am completing a CACREP-accredited PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2026 with a dissertation focused on meaning and lived experiences in skydiving.
