I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who has spent nearly the last two decades working with people in professional counseling throughout the United States - from the mountains of Central Virginia, to Houston and Austin, Texas, all the way out to Portland, Oregon, and to presently the beaches of the Carolinas (kinda rewired / kinda retired). In addition to counseling, I write, travel for research, jump out of planes and other silly sky sports, some cool stuff with Coast Guard Aux Air folks, spend quality time with my loved ones, and speak at conferences. You deserve a space where your values, identity, and lived experiences are respected without judgment.
